The Department of Science has been an integral part of the college since its establishment, playing a key role in fostering academic and research excellence. It is home to 26 highly accomplished and dedicated faculty members who bring a wealth of expertise in diverse specializations across Physics and Chemistry. The faculty members, many of whom hold doctoral degrees, are sincerely committed to provide high-quality education and mentorship, ensuring that students receive both theoretical knowledge and practical insights. The Department has successfully acquired the status of Research Centre. It has well established and fully equipped laboratories which enhances the students’ and research scholars practical skills and provides hands on experience on analytical instruments.
